By accessing or using HexTyx ("hextyx.com"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and FAVZ Group ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter contracts. If using HexTyx on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may only use HexTyx to test AI systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. Unauthorised security testing is illegal in most jurisdictions and is a material breach of these Terms resulting in immediate account termination.
By initiating a scan, you attest that you have authorisation to test the target system. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on renewal.
The free plan includes 5 scans per lifetime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Your scan results are confidential to your account. We do not share your scan results with third parties except as required by law. We do not use your scan data to train AI models. Scan data is retained for 12 months and then deleted.
HexTyx, its scan engine, QA methodology, and all associated software are owned by FAVZ Group. Your scan reports are yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.
HexTyx is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all vulnerabilities in your system will be detected. Security scanning is not a guarantee of security. Always conduct additional testing and consult qualified security professionals for critical systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAVZ Group's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of HexTyx shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAVZ Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of HexTyx, your violation of these Terms, or your testing of systems without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, particularly unauthorised testing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA, except where prohibited by local consumer law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days' notice of material changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes we will notify you by email.
